Robinson added of casting Hawke “it had to be Maya,” revealing that production would be moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta so Hawke could shoot the movie in action. Weird things. “And I rewrote it and re-set it in Miami….it was so perfect that we legitimately moved production because if we wait for Maya yet… Weird thingsWe had lost Cami. And if we had Cami in L.A., we wouldn’t have Maya. I was like, ‘No, it has to be both.’ So we moved the entire movie six weeks before production.”
